When designing the cabin, the objectives were to make the operator feel comfortable in it all day long, thanks to new air conditioning, a new audio system and generous space. The swivel seat allows you easy access to the rear of the cab and thus take full advantage of the available surface and storage space. The cabin is equipped with thick safety glass and safe access routes thanks to an all-new platform that allows you to get in and out of the cabin easily and safely through the side door.  Pendulums Arms With Eco Log 500 Series harvesters, you have full control of machine positioning, whatever the type of terrain. You can adjust the trim, tilt and ground clearance of the machine to suit the terrain where you are working. The pendulum arms are a unique Eco Log solution that allows the machine to be tilted, raised or lowered so that the crane and the operator benefit from an optimal position and can always carry out the work with high productivity. The pendular arms are particularly useful on steep and/or rocky terrain, allowing you to go and exploit wood on difficult terrain, and greatly contribute to facilitating organization of construction sites. Avec Eco Log NexSci, nous avons mis la priorité sur le conducteur et développé un système hautement convivial qui vous permet d’effectuer, facilement et logiquement, tous les choix et réglages nécessaires. Avec Eco Log NexSci, toutes les fonctions de la machine ont été rassemblées sur un écran. L’opérateur dispose ainsi d’une bonne vue d’ensemble sur l’abattage et le billonnage comme sur les données de la machine pendant le travail. Toutes les fonctions sont présentées de manière élégante, moderne et bien lisible.
Les palettes offrent une apparence moderne et épurée et les joysticks à 11 boutons vous permettent de toujours avoir un certain nombre de fonctions à portée de la main, ce qui améliore l’ergonomie des étapes de travail. Des fonctionnalités telles qu’une caméra de recul et une stéréo ont été rassemblées dans une seule unité, qui contient également les fonctions très demandées Apple Car Play et Android Auto. Hydraulic System The special feature of the Eco Log 500 series harvesters is that they have five (5) hydraulic pumps: two for the transmission, one for the harvester head, one for the crane and a so-called “recirculation pump”. This pump helps to provide optimal cooling for the hydraulic oil. EngineAll Eco Log harvesters are powered by Volvo Penta D8 6-cylinder engines, with a maximum output of 218-320 hp at 2200 rpm depending on the model.
The maximum torque for the machines is 1050 to 1300 Nm. The reversible fan and large vertically oriented coolers help to optimise cooling capacity in all external operating conditions.   |
